EID OFFER ×2 – TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions govern the Eid Offer ×2 promotion provided by تشكي تشيز, operated by Unique Hospitality Company (UHC) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

By purchasing or using this offer, the customer agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Offer Description

1.1 The Eid Offer ×2 includes the following per package:

• One (1) Large Pizza

• Two (2) beverages

• Fifty (50) game points

• Two (2) hours of gameplay per child, including physical games

1.2 Upon purchasing the offer, the customer will receive one additional identical package free of charge.

1.3 Total value received under this promotion includes:

• Two (2) Large Pizzas

• Four (4) beverages

• Two hundred (200) game points

• Two (2) hours of gameplay per child per package

2. Pricing

2.1 The total price of the Eid Offer ×2 is SAR 249 (inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated).

3. Validity Period

3.1 This offer is valid from 17 March until 31 March, or until otherwise announced by UHC.

3.2 UHC reserves the right to end or extend the promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.

4. Usage Conditions

4.1 The two packages may be used:

• On the same day, or

• Across two separate visits during the promotion period

4.2 The offer must be fully utilized within the campaign validity period.

4.3 Any unused portion of the offer after the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation or refund.

5. Gameplay Conditions

5.1 Gameplay duration is limited to two (2) hours per child per package.

5.2 Gameplay includes standard and physical games only, unless otherwise specified.

5.3 Gameplay time begins upon activation at the branch and ends automatically after the allocated duration.

6. General Restrictions

6.1 This offer:

• Cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, vouchers, or corporate offers

• Is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

• Is valid for dine-in only unless otherwise specified

6.2 Items included in the offer cannot be substituted or exchanged.

6.3 Additional items outside the package will be charged separately at regular menu prices.

7. Availability

7.1 The offer is valid at all participating تشكي تشيز branches operated by UHC in KSA.

7.2 Availability is subject to:

• Branch operating hours

• Capacity limitations

• Product availability

8. Liability

8.1 UHC shall not be liable for any interruptions due to:

• Operational issues

• Technical failures

• Government restrictions

• Force majeure events

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

9.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in KSA.

تنظم هذه الشروط والأحكام عرض "عرض العيد ×2" المقدم من تشكي تشيز والذي يتم تشغيله بواسطة شركة الضيافة الرائدة (UHC) داخل المملكة العربية السعودية.

بمجرد شراء أو استخدام العرض، يوافق العميل على الالتزام بالشروط التالية:

1. وصف العرض

1.1 يشمل العرض (لكل باقة):

• بيتزا حجم كبير

• عدد (2) مشروب

• عدد (50) نقطة لعب

• ساعتان لعب لكل طفل تشمل الألعاب الحركية

1.2 عند شراء العرض، يحصل العميل على باقة إضافية مماثلة مجانًا بالكامل.

1.3 إجمالي ما يحصل عليه العميل ضمن العرض:

• عدد (2) بيتزا حجم كبير

• عدد (4) مشروبات

• عدد (200) نقطة لعب

• ساعتان لعب لكل طفل لكل باقة

2. السعر

2.1 سعر العرض هو 249 ريال سعودي (شامل ضريبة القيمة المضافة ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك).

3. مدة العرض

3.1 العرض متاح من 17 مارس وحتى 31 مارس أو حتى إشعار آخر من قبل الشركة.

3.2 تحتفظ الشركة بالحق في إنهاء أو تمديد العرض دون إشعار مسبق.

4. شروط الاستخدام

4.1 يمكن استخدام الباقتين:

• في نفس اليوم، أو

• في زيارتين منفصلتين خلال فترة العرض

4.2 يجب استخدام العرض بالكامل خلال فترة سريانه.

4.3 أي جزء غير مستخدم بعد انتهاء مدة العرض يعتبر لاغيًا دون أي تعويض أو استرداد.

5. شروط اللعب

5.1 مدة اللعب محددة بـ ساعتين لكل طفل لكل باقة.

5.2 يشمل اللعب الألعاب العادية والحركية فقط ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.

5.3 يبدأ وقت اللعب عند التفعيل داخل الفرع وينتهي تلقائيًا بعد انتهاء المدة المحددة.

6. الشروط العامة

6.1 العرض:

• لا يمكن دمجه مع أي عروض أو خصومات أخرى

• غير قابل للتحويل أو الاستبدال النقدي

• صالح للاستخدام داخل الفرع فقط ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك

6.2 لا يمكن استبدال أو تغيير مكونات العرض.

6.3 أي طلبات إضافية يتم احتسابها حسب الأسعار العادية.

7. التوفر

7.1 العرض متاح في جميع فروع تشكي تشيز داخل المملكة.

7.2 يخضع التوفر لـ:

• ساعات عمل الفروع

• الطاقة الاستيعابية

• توفر المنتجات

8. تحديد المسؤولية

8.1 لا تتحمل الشركة أي مسؤولية عن تعطل الخدمة بسبب:

• مشاكل تشغيلية

• أعطال تقنية

• قرارات حكومية

• ظروف قهرية

9. القانون الحاكم

9.1 تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام لأنظمة وقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية.

9.2 أي نزاع يخضع لاختصاص المحاكم المختصة داخل المملكة.

FUNPASS – FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS

(Valid Across All UHC-Operated Chuck E. Cheese Branches in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of FunPass (Golden and Platinum Plans) offered by Chuck E. Cheese, operated in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by Unique Hospitality Company (UHC).

By purchasing, activating, or using FunPass, the customer agrees to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General

1.1 FunPass is a prepaid subscription-based access program providing limited daily gameplay benefits and Food & Beverage discounts.

1.2 FunPass is valid at all participating Chuck E. Cheese branches operated by Unique Hospitality Company (UHC) within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

1.3 UHC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the FunPass program or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

1.4 Continued use of FunPass constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms & Conditions.

2. Plans & Benefits

2.1 Golden Plan

• 2 hours of gameplay per day

• 15% discount on Food & Beverages

• Valid for one (1) registered child

• Includes one (1) FunPass card

• 10% discount on Birthday Packages

• Monthly gift card worth 20 game points

2.2 Platinum Plan

• 4 hours of gameplay per day

• 30% discount on Food & Beverages

• Valid for two (2) registered children

• Includes two (2) FunPass cards

• 15% discount on Birthday Packages

• Monthly gift card worth 50 game points

• One private dance experience with Chuck E.

• One full event video for the subscriber

2.3 Daily gameplay hours apply per calendar day and do not roll over.

2.4 Unused gameplay time cannot be accumulated, transferred, exchanged, or refunded.

3. Validity Across Branches

3.1 FunPass is valid at all Chuck E. Cheese branches operated by UHC within Saudi Arabia.

3.2 Access is subject to each branch’s:

• Operating hours

• Safety policies

• Maintenance schedules

• Capacity limitations

3.3 Certain attractions, games, or play areas may be temporarily unavailable due to operational or safety reasons.

4. Eligibility & Card Ownership

4.1 FunPass is strictly non-transferable.

4.2 Cards are valid only for the child(ren) registered at the time of subscription activation.

4.3 Sharing, transferring, lending, or reselling the card is strictly prohibited.

4.4 Management reserves the right to verify identity at any time.

4.5 Misuse may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

5. Gameplay Conditions

5.1 Gameplay access includes standard arcade games only, unless otherwise specified.

5.2 FunPass does not include:

• Ticket redemption value exchange

• Merchandise purchases

• Birthday party packages

• Private events

• Premium attractions unless officially included

5.3 Gameplay time begins upon activation at the branch and ends automatically once the daily gameplay limit is reached.

6. Food & Beverage Discount

6.1 The applicable discount (15% Golden / 30% Platinum) applies only to regular menu-priced items.

6.2 The discount:

• Cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, vouchers, or corporate discounts

• Is valid only during the active subscription period

• Is non-transferable and valid only for the registered cardholder(s)

7. Subscription & Billing

7.1 FunPass may be purchased as:

• One-Time Pass (30 days access)

• Monthly Subscription

• Quarterly Subscription

• Semi-Annual Subscription

7.2 Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

7.3 Customers are responsible for ensuring valid payment details are maintained.

7.4 In case of payment failure, access may be temporarily suspended until payment is successfully processed.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

8.1 Customers may cancel auto-renewal at any time before the next billing cycle.

8.2 No refunds will be issued for:

• Partial usage

• Unused days

• Failure to use the pass

• Violation of Terms & Conditions

8.3 Approved refunds remain at the sole discretion of UHC management and subject to applicable regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards

9.1 Lost or damaged cards must be reported immediately to branch management.

9.2 Replacement fees may apply.

9.3 UHC is not responsible for unauthorized use prior to official reporting.

10. Suspension & Termination

UHC reserves the right to suspend or terminate FunPass without refund in cases of:

• Fraud

• Card misuse

• Card sharing

• Abuse of staff or facilities

• Violation of company policies

11. Limitation of Liability

UHC shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by:

• Technical failures

• System outages

• Government restrictions

• Force majeure events

• Public health or safety regulations

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

13. Subscription Freeze Policy

13.1 FunPass subscribers may request a temporary freeze of their subscription if traveling outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

13.2 Freeze requests must be submitted through an official Chuck E. Cheese branch or approved customer service channel.

13.3 The minimum freeze period is 7 days, and the maximum freeze period is 30 days per subscription cycle, unless otherwise approved by UHC management.

13.4 During the freeze period:

• Gameplay access will be suspended

• Food & Beverage discounts will not apply

• The subscription period will be extended by the freeze duration

13.5 UHC reserves the right to request proof of travel outside Saudi Arabia.

13.6 Freeze requests must be submitted before or during travel. Retroactive freeze requests may not be approved.

13.7 UHC reserves the right to approve, deny, or limit freeze requests to prevent misuse.

تنظم هذه الشروط والأحكام عملية شراء واستخدام FunPass (الباقة الذهبية والبلاتينية) المقدمة من تشكي تشيز والتي يتم تشغيلها داخل المملكة العربية السعودية بواسطة شركة الضيافة الرائدة (UHC).

بمجرد شراء أو تفعيل أو استخدام بطاقة FunPass فإن العميل يوافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام.

1. أحكام عامة

1.1 تعتبر FunPass برنامج اشتراك مدفوع مقدمًا يتيح مزايا لعب يومية محدودة بالإضافة إلى خصومات على المأكولات والمشروبات.

1.2 تسري البطاقة في جميع فروع تشكي تشيز التي تديرها شركة الضيافة الرائدة داخل المملكة العربية السعودية.

1.3 تحتفظ الشركة بالحق في تعديل أو تعليق أو إنهاء برنامج FunPass أو هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.

1.4 استمرار استخدام البطاقة بعد أي تعديل يُعد موافقة على الشروط المحدثة.

2. الباقات والمزايا

2.1 الباقة الذهبية

• ساعتان لعب يوميًا

• خصم 15٪ على المأكولات والمشروبات

• صالحة لطفل واحد مسجل

• بطاقة FunPass واحدة

• خصم 10٪ على حفلات أعياد الميلاد

• بطاقة ألعاب شهرية بقيمة 20 نقطة

2.2 الباقة البلاتينية

• 4 ساعات لعب يوميًا

• خصم 30٪ على المأكولات والمشروبات

• صالحة لطفلين مسجلين

• بطاقتا FunPass

• خصم 15٪ على حفلات أعياد الميلاد

• بطاقة ألعاب شهرية بقيمة 50 نقطة

• رقصة خاصة مع شخصية تشكي تشيز

• فيديو كامل للفعالية الخاصة بالمشترك

2.3 يتم احتساب ساعات اللعب يوميًا ولا يمكن ترحيلها لليوم التالي.

2.4 لا يمكن تجميع أو تحويل أو استبدال الوقت غير المستخدم أو استرداده.

3. صلاحية الاستخدام بين الفروع

3.1 البطاقة صالحة في جميع فروع تشكي تشيز التي تديرها شركة الضيافة الرائدة داخل المملكة.

3.2 يخضع الدخول إلى الفروع لـ:

• ساعات العمل

• سياسات السلامة

• جداول الصيانة

• الطاقة الاستيعابية

3.3 قد تكون بعض الألعاب أو المرافق غير متاحة مؤقتًا لأسباب تشغيلية أو تتعلق بالسلامة.

4. الأهلية وملكية البطاقة

4.1 البطاقة غير قابلة للتحويل.

4.2 البطاقة صالحة فقط للطفل أو الأطفال المسجلين عند تفعيل الاشتراك.

4.3 يُمنع مشاركة البطاقة أو إعارتها أو إعادة بيعها.

4.4 يحق للإدارة التحقق من الهوية في أي وقت.

4.5 قد يؤدي سوء الاستخدام إلى تعليق أو إلغاء الاشتراك دون استرداد.

5. شروط اللعب

5.1 يشمل الاشتراك ألعاب الأركيد القياسية فقط ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.

5.2 لا يشمل الاشتراك:

• استبدال التذاكر بالجوائز

• شراء المنتجات أو البضائع

• حفلات أعياد الميلاد

• الفعاليات الخاصة

• الألعاب المميزة ما لم تكن مشمولة رسميًا

5.3 يبدأ وقت اللعب عند تفعيل البطاقة داخل الفرع وينتهي تلقائيًا عند انتهاء الحد اليومي.

6. خصم المأكولات والمشروبات

6.1 ينطبق الخصم (15٪ للذهبية / 30٪ للبلاتينية) على الأسعار العادية في القائمة فقط.

6.2 الخصم:

• لا يمكن دمجه مع أي عروض أو خصومات أخرى

• صالح فقط خلال فترة الاشتراك

• غير قابل للتحويل

7. الاشتراك والدفع

7.1 يمكن شراء FunPass كالتالي:

• اشتراك لمرة واحدة (30 يومًا)

• اشتراك شهري

• اشتراك ربع سنوي

• اشتراك نصف سنوي

7.2 يتم تجديد الاشتراك تلقائيًا ما لم يتم إلغاؤه قبل موعد التجديد.

7.3 يتحمل العميل مسؤولية الحفاظ على بيانات الدفع الصحيحة.

7.4 في حال فشل عملية الدفع قد يتم تعليق الاشتراك مؤقتًا حتى إتمام الدفع.

8. سياسة الإلغاء والاسترداد

8.1 يمكن إلغاء التجديد التلقائي قبل موعد الفوترة التالية.

8.2 لا يتم إصدار أي استرداد مالي في الحالات التالية:

• الاستخدام الجزئي

• الأيام غير المستخدمة

• عدم استخدام البطاقة

• مخالفة الشروط والأحكام

8.3 أي استرداد محتمل يخضع لتقدير إدارة الشركة ووفقًا لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.

9. فقدان أو تلف البطاقة

9.1 يجب الإبلاغ فورًا عن البطاقة المفقودة أو التالفة لإدارة الفرع.

9.2 قد يتم تطبيق رسوم إصدار بطاقة بديلة.

9.3 لا تتحمل الشركة مسؤولية أي استخدام غير مصرح به قبل الإبلاغ.

10. التعليق أو الإنهاء

يحق للشركة تعليق أو إنهاء الاشتراك دون استرداد في حال:

• الاحتيال

• إساءة استخدام البطاقة

• مشاركة البطاقة

• إساءة التعامل مع الموظفين أو المرافق

• مخالفة سياسات الشركة

11. تحديد المسؤولية

لا تتحمل الشركة مسؤولية أي انقطاع في الخدمة نتيجة:

• أعطال تقنية

• توقف الأنظمة

• قرارات حكومية

• الظروف القهرية

• متطلبات الصحة والسلامة

12. القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام لأنظمة وقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية، وأي نزاع يخضع لاختصاص المحاكم المختصة داخل المملكة.

13. سياسة تجميد الاشتراك

13.1 يمكن للمشترك طلب تجميد الاشتراك مؤقتًا في حال السفر خارج المملكة العربية السعودية.

13.2 يجب تقديم طلب التجميد عبر أحد فروع تشكي تشيز أو قنوات خدمة العملاء المعتمدة.

13.3 الحد الأدنى للتجميد 7 أيام والحد الأقصى 30 يومًا لكل دورة اشتراك ما لم توافق الإدارة على خلاف ذلك.

13.4 خلال فترة التجميد:

• يتم تعليق صلاحية اللعب

• لا يتم تطبيق خصومات المأكولات والمشروبات

• يتم تمديد الاشتراك بمدة التجميد المعتمدة

13.5 يحق للشركة طلب إثبات السفر خارج المملكة.

13.6 يجب تقديم الطلب قبل السفر أو أثناءه ولا يتم قبول الطلبات بأثر رجعي.

13.7 تحتفظ الشركة بالحق في الموافقة أو الرفض أو تقييد طلبات التجميد لمنع سوء الاستخدام.
